Returns and Exchanges: Because each item is personalized and custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our products. In the event that there is an error on our part or an item arrives damaged we will be happy to replace or repair the item for you, depending on the situation. Please be sure to double check the sizing on your bracelet prior to placing your order as there is a $10 fee associated with resizing a bracelet. Shipping: Each order typically arrives within 1-2 weeks. We can Express Ship items to customers who need them quickly. If you need the item in a week or less, please contact us before placing the order. If you need an item by a certain date, please indicate that date on your order in the special instructions box at checkout. Most items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to arrive once the item has shipped. International shipping is available also on all items. Shipping is free if you select standard USPS first class shipping. Shipping is $5 for all orders shipped priority mail and $18 for all Express orders. Product Guarantee: We use high quality products when making your jewelry and guarantee our products as well. Should your item break within the first 90 days after receiving it we will replace it immediately. Please be sure to use proper care techniques for your jewelry to ensure that it will last and look beautiful for years to come.
