I need my order fast-can you help?
We can ship your bracelet fast but it is best to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can meet your need. Typically
if you need your bracelet for the weekend you will need to order by Tuesday to guarantee delivery in time. Keep in mind that each bracelet is custom made, so we must make your bracelet after your order is placed and then ship it. We can use USPS Express mail to get it to you overnight in most areas or in 2 days in a few others. If you need it fast select Express shipping and please indicate the date that you need it by.  If you have not spoken with us prior to ordering we cannot guarantee the delivery date-only do our best to get it to you by your desired date.

How soon will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering. For faster shipping see above.

Can I track my order?
If you selected Priority or Express shipping you will receive tracking when your order ships. If you have specific questions about your order please contact us.

I want a bracelet that I see on your site made a little differently-can you do that?
We are happy to customize any of our bracelets for you. Any baby or girl's bracelet can be made for an adult, any adult bracelet for a child. Prefer a different color or something altered slightly? Just let us know, we are happy to help!

How should I care for my jewelry?
Proper care for your sterling silver jewelry is important to help prevent tarnishing and oxidizing.  Avoid wearing things like perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and similar products near the body part that your jewelry is in contact with.  Do not use cleaning chemicals while wearing a bracelet and avoid contact with cardboard, wool, felt, tape and newspaper.  Never shower while wearing your jewlery.  Wipe the bracelet with a soft cloth to clean it after wearing it.  It is best to store your jewelry in an airtight container like a ziploc bag when you are not wearing it.
